As Renato announced in our Blog last April 27, our Android APP is now available for download from the Google Play Store. The APP "Resource Center" will allow all of you to quickly and comfortably contact our technical department, thanks to this APP it is possible to open a ticket requesting support in a few seconds.
Not only Tickets:
From our APP it is also possible to check the current status of your tickets, ask questions in real-time to our virtual assistant "Alfi" (currently available only for the Spnish public), call us without the need to compose the number, chat via WhatsApp with our Sales representatives, access our SEO tool, visit our forums, browse our website and blog and much more.
The APP is available in English and Spanish and, it was conceived from the beginning to take up little space on your Smartphone as well as guarantee maximum security, it is intuitive and in constant development (it was updated to version 1.1 on September 7, 2019).
