Keep Norton Identity Safe feature without Norton Antivirus?
Is there any way to keep the identity safe feature while uninstalling Norton internet security 2018?

Identity Safe is now defunct and replaced with Norton Password Manager, which you cannot install separately. 

If you're looking for a secure password manager to use without Norton, try Lastpass or Dashlane.
