Firefox on Linux add-on to watch videos on Facebook: suggestion, please?

My machine runs Xubuntu and Firefox is not complete with any suitable plugin to watch videos while on Facebook. What should I do? When in Windows it runs Adobe Flash Player. And running Xubuntu?
